IDIS Unveils State-of-The-Art, 2.5 Acre Photography Studio in Delhi
Partners with Devils Circuit, India’s toughest and most challenging obstacle run, to celebrate the launch of new studio premises

IDIS (In-Depth Image Studio), an established photography studio in the capital today announced the launch of its brand new studio premises. Primed with up-to-the-minute equipment and an experienced team of photographers, IDIS is now well-prepared to take-on cut-throat competition in the field of photography.
The new premises is spread over 4000 sq-ft indoor shooting space which is surrounded by 2.5 acres of landscaped gardens and lush green outdoor shooting area. This will enable IDIS along with its wedding and portrait sub-brand, ‘Knots & Dots’ to cater to a wide range of audiences as it provides ample opportunity to handle any kind of shoot, be it fashion, portraits, products and more. Moreover, as knowledge sharing is a vision for the founders of IDIS, workshops have been a key part of the agenda.
According to Chandrakanth (Chan) Kamath, Co-Founder and Photographer, “From film to digital and digital to personal devices, photography has seen a world of change. Almost every second person claims and wants to be a photographer. It was therefore, imperative that we have a unique proposition with our studio, equipment and services. We have made significant investments in this area making us one of the most well-equipped studios in Delhi.” Chan, who has worked with brands like Nikon and Sony also added, “We want to make IDIS the number one brand in the world of photography and have taken the necessary steps to develop our studio into a one-stop shop for all kinds of photography-related needs including hands-on workshops. Think of any genre and we can say with pride that we have experience in it.”
IDIS has partnered with Devils Circuit, India’s most exhilarating and popular obstacle running series organised by Volano Entertainment Private Limited. It is a commando styled five kilometres run which has 15 obstacles made of mud, water & ice, tunnels & slides strategically placed on the track. Devils Circuit and In-Depth Image Studio have joined hands to create a spectacular event at Wave City Noida on Sunday, 12 October 2014. The studio is a prize sponsor and will offer a one-on-one portrait shoot to the winners in the men and women categories.
Speaking about their association with Devils Circuit, Chan said, “Photography is one of the most challenging professions simply because of the extreme level of dedication it demands. Photographers need to overcome numerous obstacles to get that one perfect shot. Devils Circuit has the same challenge for every individual. We wanted to celebrate the spirit of overcoming challenges and slaying the Devil! That is the essence of photography as well.”
